Spread the word and grow our community. Marketing runs our social media, newsletters, and announcements, designs promotional campaigns, and represents New Anthrodam at other conventions and events.

Shape the look and feel of the con. Creative handles graphic design, signage, marketing and website assets, the conbook, and the artwork that ties the whole weekend together.

Make the magic happen on the schedule. Events plans and runs opening/closing ceremonies, panels, activites, the dances, gaming, and special programming. Coordinating with hosts, guests, and tech to keep everything running smoothly.

Keep the convention moving behind the scenes. Operations manages logistics, asset management, the ops desk and radios, the attendee help desk, and general day-of problem solving across every department.

Steward the con’s resources. Business oversees the budget, sponsorships, dealer and vendor relations, contracts, and the financial reporting that keeps New Anthrodam sustainable year after year.

Be the friendly face of the con. Attendee Relations staffs registration and the info desk, welcomes guests, answers questions, provides assistance, and makes sure every attendee feels at home from check-in to closing.

Take care of the critters who make it all possible. HR recruits and onboards volunteers, schedules shifts, runs the staff lounge, and is the point of contact for any staff or volunteer concerns.

Power the tech that everything runs on. IT maintains the website and registration systems, sets up networking and A/V on-site, and provides technical support to staff leading up to the convention and throughout the weekend.

Help keep everyone safe and comfortable. Safety patrols convention spaces, assists with crowd and line management, responds to incidents, and works with the venue and local services when needed.
