Everything—except its own furry convention. While furcons have sprung up across the US and literally around the world, in small and big cities alike, New York City’s resident furries—and there are more of us than most people realize—have spent the past few years building a vibrant local scene through the hard work of independent meetup and gathering organizers.

We deeply respect the work local groups have already done to bring people together. Now, with New Anthrodam, we’re carrying that community momentum forward with the city’s first furry convention. People from around the world visit New York to enjoy our unique vibrant culture—and now furries will too! With flights from all over the world arriving at our three major airports, it’s a guarantee New Anthrodam will be an international experience for all.
