Information for Panel Hosts

No Food or Drink

Due to venue contract restrictions, no food or drink can be consumed during the panel. You may invite your audience members to a gathering where food and drink can be consumed, however it must be outside event space.

Panel Equipment

New Anthrodam will provide a typical panel setup (room dependent) which will include a microphone and speakers and some kind of display device, such as a TV or Projector, which will take a HDMI as input. If you need any other equipment for your panel, like art supplies, models, or anything else, you are welcome to bring your own to your panel as long as it does not involve food or drink (see above).

If you require additional supplies or equipment, please contact events@newanthrodam.org

Room Options

There are 4 possible options for the type of room that your panel can take place in. These are set by the hotel and cannot be changed when it is setup by the hotel. However, you may move the furniture around to fit your needs, as long as all the furniture stays in your designated panel room, and you reset your room before the next panel begins. Panel room setups are not guaranteed.

  • Theater: Projector and screen at the front, rows of chairs for watching the panel. Best for slideshows, Q&As, and gameshows/quizzes.
  • Rounds: Round tables with chairs. This setup will not have AV equipment, so it is best suited to Swaps and Meet & Greets.
  • Classroom: Rectangle tables with chairs, with a projector and screen at the front. Best suited for demos, teaching, and similar topics.
  • Large Scale, Empty: Large empty room, usually has AV equipment as well. Good for open space demos, such as rope/small scale kink and dances.

After Dark (NSFW 18+ Panels)

You are welcome to submit panels that cover adult topics that are age restricted to attendees 18 years and older. Please note that for ease of age verification, our NSFW panels are usually grouped in the evenings on Friday and Saturday.

If you have a special exception or would like to communicate with us for panels that may cover sensitive topics, please email us at events@newanthrodam.org

Code of Conduct

All panelists and panels must follow our Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in cancellation of your panel, or restrictions on submitting any future panels.
